Greg Traver Construction (“we”) is a licensed general contractor (CA License #839269) in San Diego County. This policy explains what we collect when you visit gregtraverconstruction.com, call or text (619) 330-3394, chat with us or fill out a form, and what we do with it. We keep it simple: we use your information to answer you and do your job, and we never sell it.

What we collect

• Contact details you give us: name, phone number, email and the job address.
• Project details: what you want done, timing, budget, and photos you send.
• Conversations: calls, chats and text messages with us. Calls and chats are answered by our AI assistant and are recorded and transcribed so Greg can follow up accurately.
• Appointment details for estimate visits you book.
• Basic technical data from your browser (pages visited, device type) used to keep the site working.

How we use it

• To answer your questions, give price ranges and prepare estimates.
• To schedule, confirm and remind you about estimate visits.
• To follow up about your project, with messages you can stop at any time.
• To keep records of our work, as a licensed contractor is required to.

Who we share it with

We don't sell or rent your information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the business, and only to do that work for us: website hosting, our phone and messaging provider, our AI assistant provider, email delivery, Google (maps, address checks and calendar), and our customer records system. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.

Text messages

If you text us, or check the optional text-reminder box on our estimate form, we'll send messages about your project: replies to your questions, appointment confirmations and reminders, and follow-ups about your estimate. We don't send marketing texts.

• Message frequency varies with your project. Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving texts, or HELP for help. You can also call (619) 330-3394.
• Opting in to texts is never required to get an estimate or hire us.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

How long we keep it

We keep project records and conversations for as long as we need them to serve you and to meet our legal and licensing obligations, then delete them.

Your choices

Children

Our services are for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
