These terms cover your use of gregtraverconstruction.com, our phone and chat assistant, and text messages from Greg Traver Construction. By using them you agree to these terms. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.

Prices and estimates

Price ranges on this site and from our assistant are general ballparks to help you plan. They are not quotes or offers. Your actual price comes from Greg after he sees the job, in a written estimate, and the work itself is governed by a signed written contract as California law requires.

Our assistant

Calls and chats are answered by an AI assistant working for Greg. It can answer common questions, take your details and book estimate visits. It can make mistakes, and it doesn't make commitments on Greg's behalf about price, schedule or scope beyond booking a visit. If anything it said matters to your decision, confirm it with Greg.

Text messaging terms

• Program: Greg Traver Construction customer messages. Replies to texts you send us, appointment confirmations and reminders, and follow-ups about your estimate. No marketing messages.
• How you opt in: by texting (619) 330-3394, or by checking the optional box on our estimate form.
• Frequency: varies with your project.
• Cost: message and data rates may apply.
• Stop: reply STOP at any time. We'll confirm and send nothing more unless you opt in again.
• Help: reply HELP, call (619) 330-3394 or email hello@gregtraverconstruction.com.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Opting in is never required to get an estimate or hire us. See how we handle your number.

Using the site

Please use the site, forms and assistant for real inquiries about your project. Photos and project content on this site belong to Greg Traver Construction and our clients. Don't copy them for commercial use. Photos you upload to us may be used to prepare your estimate and plan your job.

Limits

The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for losses from using the site or relying on general information on it. Nothing here limits your rights under California law or our obligations under your contract.
